    POSITION SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for the proposal and quote creation on behalf of the Account Executive. This position will also facilitate the daily order processing, ascertain client objectives, recommend products and services while collaborating with Account Executive. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Creates client quotes and proposals per client requirements.
    2. Communicates daily with their Account Executives regarding client needs.
    3. Maintains communication with vendors to facilitate the creation of client quotes.
    4. Manages and follows up on outstanding client quotes.
    5. Aligns client orders to match current inventory and adjusts specs as needed.
    6. Processes approved client orders to flow to Procurement department for ordering.
    7. Updates system with critical sales information on leads, prospects and clients.
    8. Identifies upsell opportunities for assigned accounts.
    9. Attends sales-related trainings with key technology products and processes. 10.Collaborates with the Finance department regarding any specialized payment requirements. 11.Establishes vendor relationships for quoting needs, including deal registration. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
    10. Associates degree in Business Administration or related field.
    11. Two (2) years of experience in corporate sales.
    12. Bachelor's degree preferred. OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
    13. Working knowledge of Office Suite, ConnectWise & Cloud Platforms.
    14. Client service oriented.
    15. Ability to make an on the spot decisions.
    16. Familiarity with quote creation systems.
