    We are looking for a COMPUTER HARDWARE ENGINEER (LAB ENGINEER) who will be responsible for carrying out the technical work that filters through client tickets into the Lab department. This position will perform hardware & software repairs along with complete operating system installs all while communicating progress to clients. SOUND INTERESTING?     WHO YOU ARE:

    • You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • You have 2-4 years of experience in Information Systems or Computer Information Systems.
    • You have 1-2 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting in a client service role.
    • You have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

    WHAT YOU'RE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

    • Managing new computer set ups for clients.
    • Analyzing and repairing hardware and software malfunctions.
    • Walking clients through technical difficulties via phone or email.
    • Developing new procedures and practices so the department can run more efficiently.
    • Interfacing with 3rd parties to facilitate manufacturer warranty support.
    • Picking up and dropping off equipment for clients.
    • Accurately updating work tickets in ConnectWise based on progression of work and ensuring tickets are addressed in a timely manner.
