We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST​ responsible for interfaces with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalation customer service calls/queries/problems.

YOUR SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Respond to inbound inquiries from potential or current insurance policyholders, national insurance companies and agencies, or national lenders referring business.
• Quote and bind P&C policies and related products.
• Adheres to compliance guidelines for the National Flood Insurance Program.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:

• HS Diploma or GED/Equivalent Required
• 2+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Active P&C Insurance Agent License required
• Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
