We are looking for an ESCROW ASSISTANT responsible for providing centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.

YOUR SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches
• Opening title orders
• Processing closing disclosures
• Working closely with Escrow Officers to close files timely
• Scheduling closings for the officers

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:

• HS Diploma or GED/Equivalent Required
• 2+ years of experience
• Ability to follow instructions and office procedures.
