We are looking for a Jr. Accountant responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
• Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations.
• Assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Assisting with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
• Updating financial data in the databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good with numbers and figures and analytical acumen.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
