Job Description
Workway BancForce is a professional staffing firm created specifically to service the hiring needs of banks, credit unions, mortgage, and related financial services firms. We are looking for an experienced SR LOAN SERVICER. YOUR SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Perform all loan servicing duties as needed to include processing real estate updates, changes and modifications.
- Book mortgage loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit into the core system..
- Balance and certify real estate general ledgers monthly.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Minimum five years of real estate loan servicing experience.
- Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
