We are looking for an Accounts Payable Check Processor responsible for specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Performs accounting functions for issuing pay runs daily (checks, ACHs, and PIFs)
• Generate special handling report for pulling up back-ups to mail or overnight with payments
• Use basic communication skills to address payment inquiries from external vendors and internal clients
• Responsible for identifying duplicate payments and significant high dollar amounts from pay runs before disbursement
• Follows cleared defined check processing procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
• Notifying internal clients of printing checks remotely
• Process all check and ACH check runs on schedule for accounts payable including: Ensure company integrity when processing check runs.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• This is a more entry level position, 2-3 years experience. Accounts Payable is a must have.
• Lawson experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
• Completion of an High School diploma.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Accounting which includes experience in Accounts Payable. Job
