We are looking for a Benefits Analyst responsible to support both the Executive Compensation and Retirement Benefits teams in the administration of various executive compensation and benefits programs and the 401(k) plan.  

YOUR SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assist with the day-to-day administration of the stock plan. Process stock award grants, lapses, reporting, and withholding of related payroll taxes.
• Support the administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), including enrollment, contributions, purchases, refunds and withdrawals.
• Support the administration relating to the Company’s deferred compensation plans, including annual enrollment, contribution reconciliation, payments and reporting.
• Support the Executive Compensation & Benefits Analyst with the day-to-day administration of the 401(k) Savings Plan (e.g. biweekly payroll, participant servicing, and review and management of the operational implementation of 401(k) plan design and features.)

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum two to three years of related experience in Compensation, Executive Compensation, and/or Retirement Benefits
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation (or working towards designation) a plus
