We are looking for an Associate Insurance Specialist responsible for specific duties listed below.

_ This is a contract position for 6 months with possibility of extension, fully onsite from 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday_

Your specific duties will include:

• Manage multiple lead opportunities daily and assume responsibility for timely contact with prospects and clients without close supervision.
• Interact with prospects and clients in answering insurance questions.
• Prepare quotes and review the current book of business for up-sell, account round, or cross-sell opportunities to round out relationships and improve agency retention.
• Complete policy reviews, including service requests, cancellations, and endorsements.
• Maintain complete and accurate client profiles, and document all transactions, to ensure successful compliance audits.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of job-related work experience
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Current Texas General Lines Agency Property and Casualty License required.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
