    Responsibilities:

    • Own the feature definition of products or product lines

    • Define feature details and define use cases, business rules and requirements, and user flows

    • Own and maintain an ordered backlog based on priority for new features, enhancements, and new products

    • Create, develop, and execute strategic plans to deliver new features, enhancements, or new products from concept to launch

    • Conduct research and analyze the market and competitive environment to identify customer needs, market gaps, and opportunities to create a differentiated product vision that delivers value across multiple platforms

    • Defines and measures KPIs to evaluate the impact of what is delivered and prioritize iterations as needed

    • Own goals, roadmaps, priorities, education, rollouts and communication for the team

    • Ensure initiatives align with product goals and objectives

    • Define feature details and define use cases, business rules, requirements, and user flows

    • Provides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational (e.g. processes) gaps between different functional groups — most often between Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support

    • Flesh out ideas with wireframes and mockups (in conjunction with designers)

    • Solicit and prioritize product feedback from internal (Sales, Support, Executive, etc.) and external (customers) stakeholders to expand product backlog

    • Product expert and go-to-person for product questions, advice, and ideas

    • Manage releases through feature review and sign off, release notes (internal and external), training, and online help creation

    • Drive execution and remove roadblocks

    • Problem-solve existing challenges and anticipate potential future issues

    • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

    • Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency

    • Participate in project planning meetings and activities

    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience with SaaS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Product Development, Product Design, or related field strongly preferred

    • 1-2 years in product management or related experience

    • Extreme attention to detail

    • Experience with the design and development of web and mobile applications

    • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent team work and written and oral communication skills

    • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to sit for an extended period of time.

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment (e.g. calculator, copy machine, printer).
