    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Shape the best possible customer experience for every single customer

    · Actively listen to customers, understand their issues, and communicate resolutions effectively both verbally and written.

    · Display your knowledge through effective problem-solving that will require resourceful, conceptual thinking.

    · Work well under pressure with the ability to be patient and empathize with customers.

    · Identify and escalate priority issues per customer specifications.

    · Document customer interactions and solutions in CRM / ticket system.

    · Quickly learn new software, hardware and related concepts.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    · Care genuinely about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.

    · Understand the Internet and how it works. Ideally, know small businesses networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, routing and basic firewall rules.

    · Have strong skills with desktop computers and troubleshooting technical issues.

    · Have prior experience doing live customer support by phone and/or chat and know how to do it well.

    · Know when to ask for help.

    · Skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly.

    · You are a naturally empathetic and articulate communicator.

    · Technical degree or combination of relevant certifications and experience.
