    We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Analyst to join our Corporate Private Equity team in Austin. You will become a member of an engaged, high-performing team— part of the world-class, winning culture that is leading the next generation of investing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a member of this team, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Identify and research investment opportunities.
    • Participate in the underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for investments.
    • Perform corporate benchmarking to track relative performance in target sectors.
    • Develop flexible corporate underwriting models and supporting analysis that drive views on corporate valuation.
    • Conduct financial and business diligence (e.g. industry analysis, competitive position, growth prospects).
    • Prepare presentations on potential transactions and investments for senior management that identify and assess valuation, return profile, competitive advantage, business strategy, risks, etc.
    • Assist in the review of transaction-related documentation.
    • Assist in actively maintaining and monitoring corporate investments.
    • Work directly with the Senior Management while collaborating with asset management, accounting, corporate, and legal.
    • Work effectively and successfully in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Positive, "Get Shit Done" attitude.
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or a related field.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, and ability to think outside the box
    • Very strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
    • Team player who is able to both take direction and show initiative as appropriate.
    • Bright and flexible, with excellent analytical, strategic, and implementation skills.
    • Results-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously.
    • A strong interest in working in Austin.
