    We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Austin. You will become a member of an engaged, high-performing team— part of the world-class, winning culture that is leading the next generation of investing.

    Responsibilities

    As a member of this team, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand and prioritize hiring needs, and build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates to our teams for each position
    • Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle across business functions, partner with hiring managers, and build out and improve new and existing processes
    • Pre-screens resumes, conducts phone screens, and makes recommendations to hiring manager on next steps
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners
    • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and/or long term opportunities
    • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
    • Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each role
    • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
    • Acts as a brand ambassador representing World Class, its portfolio companies, and job opportunities in the external marketplace.
    • Stay up to date with trends and innovative recruiting practices

     

    Qualifications

    • Positive, "Get Shit Done" attitude
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2 to 4 years of experience as a recruiter
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
    • A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
    • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
    • An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
    • Team player who is able to both take direction and show initiative as appropriate.
    • Strong negotiation skills as you will be discussing compensation information with candidates
    • Results-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously.
    • A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (At a fast-growing business, they often do)
    • An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, the ability to learn quickly, and no desire to take yourself too seriously
    • Proven ability to build relationships with people both over the phone and in person
