As a Client Services Advisor at World CopperSmith, Inc. you play a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for interior designers, contractors, architects, and homeowners. Your primary responsibility is to embody and articulate our brand's philosophy and values, ensuring that the service you deliver aligns seamlessly with the high-quality nature of our custom metalwork. To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with experience in luxury or client-centric retail environments, a strong customer service background, motivation for continuous personal improvement, effective collaboration skills within a team setting, elevated interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to delight our clients. The primary mission of our Client Services team is to cultivate relationships and partnerships, aiming to enhance brand loyalty through dedicated and personalized support.
Responsibilities:
Become well versed in CopperSmith’s custom products, becoming a knowledgeable authority to assist our luxury clientele effectively.
Engage with clients through omnichannel interactions, ensuring a high level of detail-oriented service while effectively prioritizing tasks such as:
* **Delivering post-sale assistance to clients, adeptly handling inquiries related to delivery, returns, installation, warranty, and care and maintenance. Empower clients to enhance the longevity and enjoyment of their luxury purchases through detailed and personalized support that aligns with our company policies.**
* **Mediating interactions with dissatisfied customers, adeptly transforming their experiences into positive ones and escalating issues to the Client Services Manager when necessary.**
* **Proactively collecting reviews and feedback from satisfied customers to bolster our company's reputation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.**
* **Skillfully triaging potential leads to the sales team, showcasing a keen ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional luxury products, thereby contributing to revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.**
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for refining systems and processes, ensuring an enhanced customer service experience.
Demonstrate flexibility by willingly taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, actively contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, showcasing a friendly, authentic, and confident demeanor suitable for luxury retail interactions.

Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, and Google Applications. Experience with Zendesk is preferred.
This full-time customer service role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday, between our operating hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The nature of this role is hybrid, allowing for a flexible work arrangement with 3 days remote and 2 days required in person in the St. Louis Park office.
