    Overview

    World Gym of Kalispell is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Kids Club Manager to oversee the kids club at our facility. Do you enjoy being around children and providing a fun and engaging experience for them? Are you capable of handling all day-to-day tasks of our kids club including managing staff and staff schedules? If so, we want you!

    Position Summary:

    The kids club manager will provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment for the children of our members while their parents are using our facility. This position will ensure that all World Gym policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times in the kids club. You will be responsible for managing the kids club and all staff members of the kids club. Playing games and keeping the children active and engaged in fun activities is an essential role for the kids club manager.

    Duties:

    Handle training and staff schedules for all staff of the kids club.

    Take excellent care of our members children while they are in the kids club.

    Ensure kids club is always a clean and healthy environment. Wiping down and cleaning toys, furniture, etc.

    Provide programming and activities that keep kids active and entertained during their stay.

    Interacting with members and ensuring their kids are getting the care that is needed and/or required for our kids club.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Two or more years of working with youth ages 6 months to 10 years of age.

    Experience in managing and training staff.

    Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Schedule flexibility is a must.

    CPR, AED, and First Aid certification. Will also be provided upon hire.

    Physical demands:

    The employee is expected to meet the physical requirements of this position, which may include a frequent amount of sitting, standing and walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending and occasionally moving and/or lifting objects up to 50 pounds.

    Certifications

    Current CPR, Infant CPR & AED Certification is required. Will also be provided upon hire.
