Job Description

We are seeking a IT SERVICE DELIVERY REP SR. to join our team at NAS OCEANA, DAM NECK COMPOUND in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA.

• Dedicated Premier Support agent to serve as the onsite technician for NMCI break/fix and troubleshooting.
• Monthly activity reports to include tracking of trouble calls, outages/user problems and resolutions/and routine maintenance pertaining to operations, monthly inventory which captures data pertaining to NSWCDD DNA claimant share drive space, monthly usage of enterprise space and public folders and provide this report in a format provided by the Government 
• In addition to technical support, Premier Support resources may perform other related administrative functions such as inventories and asset reconciliation activities 
• Resources will have direct access to VIP Help desk support services to provide expedited servicing to NSWCDD DNA and associated key staff 
• Resources will have user and administrator accounts on both the unclassified and classified networks 
• Be able to troubleshoot and either correct or escalate for resolution of performance problems within NSWCDD DNA and coordinate for resolution issues for file share/public folder issues and network performance issues
• Will prepare reports relating to NMCI asset management ISO of NSWCDD DNA 
• Will provide the computer, software, and the skill set necessary to perform administrative tasks on the NMCI Active Directory, Exchange, and Servers across the NMCI enterprise IAW scope of this requirement

Qualifications

• Active DoD Security clearance REQUIRED.
• MUST be willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Possess at least one year of experience in Field Services or the NMCI Service Desk. 
• The candidate should have at a minimum intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, Radia and iPhone iOS 
• Must have sufficient knowledge and technical skills to understand and interface with NOC processes and the HPSM trouble ticket system 
• Must have a minimum Secret clearance, and if selected will adhere to all DON and NGEN contractual obligations and security requirements
• One of the following certifications are REQUIRED: CCNA Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP
• 10+ years technical experience.
