HANDLING EMPLOYEE TERMINATIONS, REORGANIZATIONS, CONDUCTING EMPLOYEE EXIT INTERVIEWS AND PERFORMING TURNOVER ANALYSIS
DEVELOPING JOB DESCRIPTIONS, INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES AND OVERSEEING ALL HIRING DECISIONS WHILE TRACKING ALL METRICS (E.G. TIME-TO-FILL AND COST-PER-HIRE)
PROVIDING OVERSIGHT OF ALL COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ENSURING COMPLIANCE OF ALL FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
MANAGING AND ADMINISTERING THE PERFORMANCE REVIEW PROCESS
