World Travel Assist America, LLC, is currently seeking customer-oriented service specialist to answer all incoming and outgoing calls from Travel Insurance customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction and provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
