    ROLE: Account Executive - Internal Creative Agency

    LEVEL: Associate to Mid-Level (minimum 5 years of experience required)

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in advertising, business, communication, marketing or a related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience. Additionally this role requires a minimum of 5 years of broad experience in client side marketing and/or general marketing. Agency experience preferred (internal/external). 

    LOCATION: Prefer Seattle area base (office is in Federal Way, WA). Remote first during pandemic until at least early JAN 2021.

As ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE working within our internal creative agency your expertise will be brought to bear on work that is close to the heart of God (in the spirit of Matthew 25:34-40). Report to the Manager of Client Services and serve alongside a team of 7 who function as the day to day contact with internal clients, managing the successful delivery of digital, print, video, and experiential creative projects that help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. See yourself managing creative projects specifically for the following clients and major organizational projects that involve our channels experience, church, partnerships, Team World Vision, and more. Responsibilities include: 

     

    Client Relationship Management:  

    • Determine project needs up-front and establish project schedule to meet deadlines.
    • Develop strategy, planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
    • Set agendas for client meetings, lead client meetings, recap and align on next steps. 
    • Evaluate creative recommendations prior to release to the client, ensuring appropriate representation of business client needs. 
    • Work with agency creative teams (designers, writers, editors, producers) to ensure a resulting creative product that delivers on client’s objectives.
    • Anticipate problems/opportunities of internal client marketing needs, and working with agency leadership, proactively offer creative solutions.

      

     

     Project Management:   

    • Manage project flow through the entire process, working closely with internal traffic, design teams, and outside consultants. 
    • Enhance effectiveness and efficiency of account services function with a goal of exceeding clients' needs and expectations. 
    • Build strong relationships with all clients and proactively learn about products and programs.
    • Follow through on contractual agreements, ensuring that the interests of assigned program, project, division and WVUS as a whole are met. 
    • Effectively analyze and interpret research and translate research learnings to insights that can help shape the creative. 
    • Manage agency/client budgets and billing process accurately and timely. 
    • Daily use of internal project management software.
