    ROLE: Recruiter (6-month limited-term assignment)

    JOB TYPE: Full-Time

    LEVEL: Associate to mid-level

    DURATION: 6-month limited-term assignment (may be extended 3 months depending on volume).

    MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE: A 2-year technical or junior college degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience. A Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. In addition, this role requires 3-5 years of previous recruitment or related human resources work experience. A project management approach to managing recruiting cycles, sourcing (Boolean) and creative recruitment networking, tech-savvy with modern recruiting platforms and tools, collaboration skills, excellent communicator, and see learning as a life-long endeavor.   

    LOCATION: Flexible. Role can be based in 30+ U.S. states.
