World Vision, on behalf of the Partners, is seeking a visionary and strategic leader committed to partnerships and innovative ideas to lead a dynamic and creative team of program management and communications professionals dedicated to advancing EdTech innovation and research that improves reading outcomes for marginalized children in low-resource contexts.

    8. Track project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet identified ACR GCD objectives. Provide regular updates to the ACR GCD Partners, ensuring that changes to scope, budget, resources and risks are communicated in a timely manner.
    9. Manage the Challenge Management team using Agile project management systems and processes, ensuring team members have appropriate technical capacity, work adheres to quality standards, and project deadlines are met.  Develop and maintain an adequate human resource plan consistent with WV policies, donor requirements (such as A-110, A-122, A-133, 22 CFR 211, etc.) and local laws.
    10. Mentor and coach staff to support their professional development and application of skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
