With us every 60 seconds a family gets water, a hungry child is fed, and a family gets the tools to overcome poverty. As SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST your expertise will be brought to bear on work that is close to the heart of God (in the spirit of Matthew 25:34-40). Report to the Director of Digital Marketing and be an integral member of our 5-person shop that sits within the larger Digital Services group which includes digital experience and design, digital product management, social, content, web development/delivery, and other technology teams. Not to mention other close collaborators in our internal creative agency and other segment, product, and channel marketing teams. In this role you’ll be pivotal in accomplishing our digital marketing vision. You’ll expand an existing role, helping the organization advance its capabilities in both digital and in how we market to today’s donor. You’ll use qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to provide a complete picture of the donor experience and the impact of our marketing through the journey. You’ll not only design tests to discern how to improve against key metrics, but you’ll also lead the team’s testing strategy, integrating disciplines such as content, paid, influencer and other cross-channel efforts. On the data analysis side you’ll gather and analyze data from a broad array of data sources (EDW, Google Analytics, paid and social platforms, Adobe MA and Microsoft CRM) to draw conclusions around new donor/audience behaviors. You’ll provide defensible data analysis and clearly articulated recommendations. And feed those insights into our broader marketing efforts in close collaboration with our segment research and insights team. You’ll be joining the organization that flipped the script on child sponsorship with the introduction of Chosen®, recognized by AdWeek, MediaPost, Upworthy, Christianity Today, and winner of two 2020 ANA REGGIE Awards.     02 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (1) Facilitate and measure continuous improvement on critical KPIs; Improve our marketing effectiveness across the donor journey including: increased awareness among priority segments, improved mid-funnel performance metrics and conversion of new donors. (2) Consistent data-driven recommendations on audience and in-market strategies. (3) Regular actionable insights and corresponding test plans to shape digital and marketing strategies. (4) You become one of the go-to resources in the organization for insights on digital and behavioral data. Effective evangelism of key insights across the organization. (5) Productive partnerships with a broad array of internal stakeholders. (6) Carry a clear vision for your role and its evolution in lockstep with our digital vision.

    06 ADDITIONAL SKILLS WE'RE INTERESTED IN A wish list of sorts but here it goes. You have self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm that shows up in your superior relationship building and negotiation skills with internal and external partners. You are the proverbial team player that works well with colleagues from various functions/departments possessing the nuanced but important ability to influence the work of others without direct reporting accountability. To accompany that you can function autonomously, hitting deadlines and moving projects through to completion with minimal supervision. A fast-paced cadence to the work? You thrive in this type of environment in part because you're flexible and adaptive as scenarios change. Bottom line is you're someone who rolls up your sleeves and gets the job done with a successful track record of program and promotion execution. Numbers tell a story so you understand paid search, SEO, and website measurement and analytics. You have proven experience in the paid space, building a brand and implementing disruptive go-to-market plans that break through the clutter. You're able to speak to and show examples of your amazing work (we'll be all ears). Deep understanding of latest media consumption trends and fluency with brand measurement metrics and analytics, including a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Strong understanding of the overall marketing mix and its role in helping a brand build awareness, familiarity, favorability and trust. Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations; this includes: proven ability to analyze data relating to advertising impressions, site visitation, and online product metrics. Are we painting at least an impressionistic picture of you?
