    Level: Senior (individual contributor, requires at least 7 years of experience)

    Required Experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent work experience. In addition, the role requires 7 years of work experience in agency account management or account strategy/planning with increasing responsibility – external agency experience required. Strategic thinker and self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced environment. Superior communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills. Goal and outcome-oriented.     Preferred Experience: Account management of multiple verticals. Mentoring of account team members. Conducting research and extrapolating insights. Overseeing integrated campaigns.

    Salary Range: $69,355.72 - $108,024.63. Applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location.     **02 The Job **Are you ready to merge your strategic account management skills with your heart to impact the world? If so, join World Vision and the team responsible for flipping the script on child sponsorship and for producing award-winning creative. You’ll play a pivotal role within a dynamic creative team developing high quantity/high-quality deliverables ranging from print to video to digital experiences. Serve as a strategic liaison with senior-level clients, taking a lead role in marketing activities through finding creative solutions and nurturing internal client relationships. Work with other agency Account Managers to deliver key insights and innovative content. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word, and sign.

    Responsibilities Include:

    1 | Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate World Vision Core Values into decisions within the scope of the role.

    2 | Consulting and Collaboration:

    • Establish and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with client leaders and other partners.
    • Identify clients’ needs and requirements, and work with creative teams to deliver creative that achieves results against key client metrics.
    • Apply an advanced understanding of the organization’s key strategies and client’s marketing objectives. Provide strategic consultation to the client with support from Manager and VP.
    • Translate insights to the internal creative team through writing inspiring creative briefs and ensure strategic insights and business objectives are married to creative solutions.
    • Effectively present creative to clients and senior leaders; guide the feedback process and revision cycle to maximize efficiency.
    • Actively participate in longer-term account planning and help shape efficiencies across agency departments, including project management and creative.
    • Lead client and internal meetings, including setting agendas, establishing meeting objectives, guiding conversation, recapping meetings in a way that drives action, and informing other stakeholders as needed.
    • High-level project management, working closely with clients, internal account managers, creative team, and outside agency partners to deliver on scope, on time, on budget creative.
    • Successfully manage multiple clients with competing priorities, from both a service perspective and a program execution perspective.
    • Anticipate and lead the resolution of emerging account problems or challenges.
    • Keep abreast of trends and opportunities within marketing, media, and non-profit industries to proactively identify opportunity areas for our clients.

    3 | Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of agency account managers and/or Project Managers, ensuring outcomes are aligned with organizational and divisional strategies.
    • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
    • Ensure the implementation and consistent use of best practices in the creation and development of client deliverables.

    4 | Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities. Reference and follow organizational policies and procedures, seeking clarity as needed.

    5 | Perform other duties as assigned.

    05 Salary Range & Benefits Your compensation and benefits are important to you so they’re important to us. The full salary range for this role is $69,355.72 - $108,024.63. The typical hiring range is $75,000 - $85,000. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
