    Role: Senior Project Coordinator

    Location & Details: Federal Way, WA. This role will be a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week working in the office and 3 days remote.

    Must have experience: Associate's degree or equivalent (four years) work experience. In addition to education or educational equivalent, requires practical, specialized work experience in project coordination or related area; 3-5 years. - OR - Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years of practical, specialized work experience in related area. Experience as Administrative Assistant strongly preferred.

    **01 The Job **

    As Senior Project Coordinator, your role will include 75% focus on project coordination and 25% administrative support for VP of Private Segment & Product Marketing. You will support the division in developing and maintaining project oriented work; support efforts to ensure that project objectives and client expectations for time and cost are met; and perform other complex administrative, coordination and liaison functions for WVUS programs for multiple funding streams.     • ​​Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.
    • Confidentiality: Respects the confidentiality of sensitive information. Reveals information to others only on a “need to know” basis.
    • Solicit and review meeting requests, prioritize appointments, and coordinate scheduling with internal and external parties. When needed, identify and reserve meeting space and arrange off-site meeting locations. Regularly review scheduled meetings, re-evaluate priorities, and modify previous scheduled appointments. Consistently monitor email and other communications to ensure that all scheduling is coordinated, logistics confirmed, and appropriate parties informed. Proactively preserve calendar time for upcoming priority engagements/activities.
    • Plan and orchestrate staff events and meetings, including hybrid meetings requiring technology that enables both remote and in-person staff.
    • Maintain VP Communications plan to ensure regular connection with PSPM staff. Write draft communications.
    • Identify and analyze any project reporting discrepancies, noting areas for opportunity that may require further follow-up and make decisions to resolve issues and prevent problems in the future.
    • Interact with internal and external contacts to enhance relationships and ensure accountability and goal definition.
    • Actively engage in and contribute to the development and implementation of division goals, strategies and activities.
    • Oversee project budget(s), evaluating project process and ensuring project deadlines are met.
    • Perform complex and diverse administrative duties directly related to the achievement of division and/or program goals and strategies that involve high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information, necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgement.
    • Perform research and prepare reports on highly confidential or technical issues for leadership. Prepare and/or edit internal and external reports, papers, drafts as needed.
    • Participate in various team, client or vendor meetings as needed.
    • Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • ​Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities. Reference and follow organizational policies and procedures, seeking clarity as needed.

    05 Salary Range & Benefits The full range for this position is $54,788 - $82,182 annually. This applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. Typical hiring range is $55,000 - $66,500 annually. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
