World Vision is hiring a Program Operations Manager to serve on PQI Operations.

Reports to: Sr. Operations Director
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field. Requires 4 years of work experience with leadership, communication, negotiation, and administration skills; 4 years.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer.
Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $88,000.

The Job
World Vision is looking for a Program Operations Manager to provide oversight and support in the areas of finance administration, operations, and business planning and execution, ensuring effective communication, working relationships, and successful implementation of goals and objectives within the context of World Vision (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.). This role partners closely with fundraising and marketing teams to provide ongoing support to privately funded projects and serves the international programs teams implementing programs in the field.

Education and Experience:
Additional Skills We Are Interested In:
Experience in Project Management desired. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology, and preferred green belt or higher. Great Oral and Written skills a must.
