As a new Co-worker, you will begin orientation and practice in one skill position and can track your own progress to becoming certified in this position. After being certified in a position, co-workers may cross-train in other skill positions as part of our FastTrack training program.

Qualifications:

Eager to learn new skills

Able to effectively handle fast-paced environments

Great communication and customer service skills

Previous working experience in the restaurant/buffet industry is preferred but not required
