World gate recruiter team is looking for a full-time Sales Manager with great experience.
The Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, sales team members and distributors. This is an individual contributor role that will be autonomous and self-driven.
Essential Functions:

- Create new sales opportunities
- Find new customers
- Retain existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for assigned market
- Develop specific plans to ensure short-term and long-term growth
- Analyze market segment trends
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking
- Identify and implement global process improvements
- Build strong business relationships
- Frequent communication with customers and distributors
- Understand order fulfillment requirements
- Other tasks as assigned

Minimum and Additional Requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of electronic component sales (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business Management
- Global Account & Distribution experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (required)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Must be willing to complete a background and drug test (required)
