Responsibilities

• Planning routine audits of systems and software
• Performing backups
• Administering WSUS and software patching
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Answering technical queries and dealing with users
• Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system
• Troubleshooting any reported problems
• Interact with third-party IT Vendors
• Monitor activities of third-party IT Vendors.
• System performance tuning
• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
• Office365 Administration
• SQL Server administration
• Active Directory
• Manage Hyper-V Virtual Machines
• SQL Database administration in a production environment.
• Windows and Hyper-V administration in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012-2022
• Windows Server Certification is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to meet commitments
• 3+ year Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
• Experience/knowledge of network technologies
• Decent knowledge of SQL
• 3 + years of Microsoft365 Experience
