Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company is seeking a Program Analyst (All levels) to join our team in Alexandria, VA.  This team will sustain U.S. scientific and technological superiority to enable unquestioned battlefield dominance.  You will help promote and protect technology advantage and counter unwanted technology transfer to ensure warfighter dominance through superior, assured, and resilient systems, and a healthy viable national security innovation base.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or other applicable technical or analytical discipline
• Active Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance

Required Experience

• Five (5) or more years of experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience interfacing with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters to coordinate engineering and analysis needs and analytic results.
• Master of Science Degree

• Active Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
