    JOB DESCRIPTION & EXPECTATIONS

Big things are brewing on Shrewsbury Street at Wormtown Brewery! Our Wormtown taproom is getting a full glow-up, and we’re building a team ready to bring all that new energy to life! We’re looking for hosts who bring the same spirit we put into our beer: fun, flavorful, a little quirky, and proudly rooted in Massachusetts.

As a Taproom Server, you’ll be one of the first faces guests interact with in our newly upgraded space. You’ll guide guests through their experience, recommend fan favorites like Be Hoppy, introduce them to taproom-only releases, share brewery stories, and help create the warm, lively, community vibe that keeps people coming back.

If you love fast-paced service, great conversations, teamwork, and creating moments people actually remember, this is your chance to step into a refreshed taproom with a big personality. Bring your energy, your curiosity, your love of craft beer, and help us make our Shrewsbury Street location the go-to hangout once the doors reopen!
