Primary frontline worship leader for Sunday Services.

Participate in creative sessions to bring fresh ideas and creative elements for the worship service experience, ministry programs, and events.

Collaborate on song selections and arrangements for worship services.

Recruit, encourage, mentor and develop emerging worship leaders and musicians.

Maintain and update church database for Worship Ministry.

Schedule and communicate with volunteers and provide charts/music resources.

Assist with events and Next-Gen worship as needed.

Assist with stage designs/concepts and coordinating special events.

Strong musical ability (vocal & instrumental) Musician highly preferred.

MS Office/Apple/Google experience and knowledge.
