REPORTS TO: General Manager/Assistant General Manager
WORK HOURS: Regular Shift Schedule Assigned by Management
OVERVIEW: Devotes majority of his/her time and focus to welcoming residents and guests in the front lobby/door. He/she is the “face” of the staff, therefore he/she must present himself/herself in the most professional and polished manner possible. He/she will assist the concierge in a variety of tasks, including customer service, administrative, and minor janitorial responsibilities. Lastly, he/she will assist in providing valet service to residents and guests.
