    VALET

    DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

    General Statement of Duties: Performs a variety of valet tasks in support of our homeowner's association, 200 Patterson Avenue Condominium Association, San Antonio, TX 78260. The Valet's primary objective is to provide a positive impression and satisfactory hands-on customer service to residents and guests.

    SUPERVISION:

    Works under the direct supervision of the Lead Valet and General Manager.

    EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

    Operates, parks and retrieves vehicles of residents and guests.

    Opens doors for residents and guests entering and leaving the building.

    Assists residents/guests with luggage, packages, groceries, parcels, and other articles as required.

    Delivers articles to resident units that arrive via mail, UPS, Federal Express, local business, etc.

    Must be alert and pay attention to task details.

    Accomplishes tasks outlined on the Valet Work List on a continuing basis.

    Performs other duties as directed by Lead Valet, Security Officer in Charge, or the General Manager.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Ability to establish and maintain effective harmonious working relationships with employees, residents, and contractors.

    NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum Age: 25 years

    Education: High School graduation or equivalent

    Valid driver's license with clean driving record for last three years

    Must be willing to work variable shifts (between 8-11 p.m.), including weekends and holidays

    Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

    Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

    Must have no criminal convictions.

    Drug screening and background check will be administered for employment.
