We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with 1+ years of wound care experience to manage wound care in our contracted skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Part time opportunities is available. Flexible hours. No weekend call.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced wound care, assessments, and treatments at skilled nursing facilities
Develop individualized care plans and monitor healing progress
Collaborate with facility staff, physicians, and care teams
Educate staff and families on wound prevention and care best practices
Complete thorough documentation in our medical records system
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license (NJ) (REQUIRED)
Wound care experience (REQUIRED)
Wound care certification (e.g., WCC, CWCN, CWON) (PREFERRED)
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability and willingness to travel between facilities
