Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex wound care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care management plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding wound management and prevention.
• Stay current with advancements in wound care management and participate in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program).
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification.
• Wound Care Certification program completion preferred or willingness to enroll.
• Previous experience in wound care preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
