Job Description

Wound Healing Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Data Administrator who will assist shaping BI and innovation in our journey to use data to improve wound healing outcomes and transparency. The successful candidate is expected to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology leaders to build solutions that enables data driven decision making, integrated communication and technological transformation. This is a senior level position where extensive experience in designing and delivering healthcare data solutions is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership in strategic data and analytics assessment process and design roadmaps for implementation.

• Design, and lead development of conceptual / logical data models for analytics solutions.

• Works with information from a variety of sources, including the EHR, publicly reported quality measurement and reimbursement data and other resources using a variety of highly-specific tools such as, but not limited to SSIS- SQL, NLP, AJAX or Tableau.

• Plan and design data integration strategies, develop intuitive designs, and build enterprise interactive dashboards with guided healthcare data analytics.

• Monitor and perform trend analysis for the company and its providers.

• Regularly meet with customers to develop/modify report specifications and determine data needs.

• Maintain compliance with Wound Healing Solutions policies, procedures and mission statement.

• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Wound Healing Solutions Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ Years' experience in leading and designing healthcare data and analytics solutions.

• Experience with leading and implementing ETL and other data pipelines.

• Familiarity and experience with common BI and data exploration tools

• Ability to understand and adapt to changing business priorities and technology advancements.

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing high volume data with query languages.

• Experience with Google Cloud technologies.

• Adaptable to changing organizational requirements and priorities and supportive of a diverse work force.

TRAINING:

Ongoing training required to keep jobs skills current.
