    We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist our President and perform communications/marketing duties. This role will based out of our Los Angeles flagship office. The Assistant will help the President with various tasks including marketing projects, event planning and execution and sales team assistance, and will partner closely with other departments. The Assistant will be a problem solver with an aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist President with marketing campaigns, photoshoots and newsletters
    • Assist with social media posts and story strategy
    • Assist Sales Team with client gifting and outreach
    • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, both inside and outside the showroom
    • General administrative tasks as assigned
    • Occasional travel may be required (NYC, London)

       

       

      Job Requirements:

    • 2-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment
    • Ability to take direction but also work autonomously
    • An aptitude for problem solving
    • Strong desire to learn and grow in the industry
    • Strong knowledge of G suite, MS Office and Instagram
    • Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
    • Valid Driver’s License to commute to and from the showroom, run errands, commute to local events
