    THE POSITION:

    We are looking for Customer Care Specialists to add to the team! As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first contact to our customers, schedule lead appointments and project installations for multiple markets, update and maintain accurate information in our CRM and communicate daily with our sales and installation teams. You will also have a wide range of administrative tasks.
