Kung Fu Chicken is a quick service restaurant serving high-quality Fried Chicken, Wrap and Sandwich. Kung Fu Chicken FIU is seeking a Cook (Wrap & Sandwich Station) to become an integral part of our team! Job Summary

The Wrap & Sandwich Cook is responsible for preparing all wrap and sandwich items accurately and efficiently according to company standards. This role ensures every order meets quality, portioning, and presentation expectations while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all wrap and sandwich menu items to order, following company recipes and presentation standards

• Toast buns, assemble sandwiches, and apply correct sauces and toppings

• Manage prep for fresh ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.)

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation

• Assist in restocking ingredients during and after shifts

• Communicate with expeditors and other kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion

• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations

• Fast-paced mindset with good multitasking skills

• Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
