Responsibilities: Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication • Make regular sales calls to leads and customers to cultivate customer relations and satisfaction with service provided • Responsible for lead generation and servicing clients during and after the sale • Analyze, plan, establish and maintain an efficient and productive daily call pattern on current and prospective clients • Achieve assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives  • Implement and maintain up-to-date accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts • Ensure order information is captured accurately, work with our specific sales system as part of current responsibilities and conduct day-to-day sales order entry • Participate in sales projects, account evaluations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related activities • Participate in sales meetings, on-site training to remain educated in company policy and industry trends/developments • Manage ‘first point of contact’ duties in the office. Greeting customers, assisting with project delivery, quality control/customer satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process One year of work experience in sales Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued Compensation: $12 - $18 hourly
