    TRI POINTE HOMES ARIZONA IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS A SALES AND CLOSING DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR IN OUR SCOTTSDALE OFFICE.

     

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: Responsible for all aspects of the sales contract processing, start preparation and coordination of the escrow closing.

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for all aspects of the sales contract processing, start preparation and coordination of the escrow closing. Accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through is essential to keep multiple projects and tasks on target.
    • Accountable for select-community or community-operations from set up, to maintenance and through close out.  
    • Acts as the corporate office community representative and point of contact for all internal and external customers related to the Sale to Start to Close process.
    • Communicate in an organized and detailed manner for internal status updates for all homes/customers in backlog.
    • Responsible for contract processing and review to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    • Responsible for accurate final closing figures and issuing final sales price summaries in a timely manner prior to closing.
    • Pre and post-closing settlement review  
    • Manage starts process and track status with engineers and municipalities including building permits, utilities, etc.
    • Manage timely submission and receipt of plot plans, engineering, and related building requirements.
    • Manage timely submission and receipt of architectural committee review approvals.
    • Manage information and update transactions in E-One JD Edwards, SalesForce, and Envision as this role is the hub of the information flow between several departments.
    • Additional requirements as needed to facilitate the building process from pre-sale to post-close.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional, office environment.
    • Experience in the home building industry is preferred.
    • Computer competency – Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and other general computer applications. Experience with E-One, SalesForce, or Envision preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, particularly with numbers and financial data.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and members of other departments.
    • Ability to multi-task and be self-directed, staying focused and on task in a fast-paced environment.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear.
    • Ability to maneuver around an array of equipment, bend, stoop, climb stairs, climb on and off equipment, lift up to 25 pounds

     

     WORK HOUR REQUIREMENT

    • 40-hour workweek, no overtime expected

     

     TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    • Periodic travel to and from Huron, CA and Yuma, AZ. Travel time is counted as hours worked. Dole’s travel policy will be utilized, and travel reimbursement will be paid in accordance with Dole’s travel policy.
