    Travel is back! An exciting opportunity to join our RAA Travel team at a time of significant growth. We’re looking for people who are passionate about corporate travel, customer centric and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our members. To be successful you will have a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service while multi-tasking with computer systems and digital forms of communications.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Create and manage end to end corporate travel bookings tailored to each customer’s needs
    • Provide a customer service experience that can’t be felt anywhere else  
    • Achieve and exceed set sales targets
    • Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of travel industry products, systems and processes

     

     

    WHAT YOU NEED

     

    At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second! However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:

     

    • Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent is mandatory
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Travel Consultant Role specialising in corporate travel
    • A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets
    • Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team
    • Knowledge in both international and domestic cruise products
    • CLIA accreditation preferred but not essential

    THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN GAAP, GENERAL ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS THAT GOVERN THE ACCOUNTING FOR CREDIT UNIONS. THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER MUST ALSO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
    • A minimum of five years’ experience in Accounting at a financial institution or public accounting is required.
    • CPA is highly preferred.
    • 2-3 years direct management experience is required. Demonstrated experience in team growth and development in a servant leadership culture.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage at multiple organizational levels. Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels.
    • Proven ability to develop sound policies, procedures, and practices for improved operating controls, productivity and/or efficiency.
    • Excellent computer skills and experience working with accounting software programs, including ERP systems (Fiserv Prologue or similar), Reconciliation applications (Fiserv Frontier or similar), and financial institution core systems (Symitar Episys or similar).
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
