    Wright Technical Services is working with a Fortune 500 client that is seeking a skilled and experienced reliability engineer to join their team. As a reliability engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of their products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues, improve processes, and optimize designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Duties

    • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze data related to product performance, equipment reliability, and process efficiency
    • Develop reliability models and simulations to predict system performance and identify potential failure modes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize processes that enhance product reliability and operational efficiency
    • Investigate and identify root causes of failures or performance issues and develop solutions to address them
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and improve overall product performance
    • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential reliability risks and develop mitigation strategies
    • Maintain detailed documentation of reliability analyses, processes, and improvement initiatives
    • Provide training and support to teams on reliability engineering principles, tools, and best practices
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to drive reliability initiatives and achieve business objectives
    • Perform general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires

    Requirements

    • B.S. in Engineering or related field
    • Proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
    • Proficiency in reliability modeling and simulation software
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and reliability engineering principles
    • Experience with process development and optimization
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis
