    Wright Technical Services is representing a company that serves customers around the globe. They are a leader in their respective industry and have a history of invention and innovation. This company is experiencing rapid growth and they are adding to their engineering team.

    Essential Functions (including but not limited to):

    Weekly scheduling including the following:

    o Meetings with Software, Service, Hardware, Operations, and Systems supervisors to update and rework company Microsoft Project schedules

    o Escalate scheduling conflicts to department supervisors

    o Work with department managers to distribute employee schedules

    o New project, forecasted project, and project update scheduling

    o Provide training to new hires when required

    o Work with department supervisors to update percentage complete on project specific task list

    Assume responsibility for production line projects (Build Only), which includes the following: o Planning, scheduling, execution, and closing of all orders

    o Weekly project status reports

    o Preparation of project and stock bills of materials

    o Customer interface

    o Projects and cost tracking

    o Project cost reduction recommendations 

    o Leading lessons-learned meetings

    o Preparing and maintaining documentation

    o Monitor project schedules, project working hours, planning, deadlines, and budgets

    o At risk reporting

    Ability to understand and read company reports

    o Department capacity reports from schedules

    o Planned vs Actual

    o Customer Reports (when required)

    o Generate project audits (when required)

    o On time delivery reports

     

    • Create and maintain Project Job Displays

    • Prepare agendas, schedule and attend production meetings

    • Attend sales meetings to obtain forecasting information for scheduling purposes

    • Coordinate and attend commercial kickoff meetings

    Process improvements including but not limited to:

    o Participate in creating and maintaining process flow documentation

    o Auditing of existing process flows and make recommendations for improvements

    o Work with department supervisors to develop and maintain work instructions

    o Participate in onboarding new employees

    o Train department supervisors and employees on process flows and work instructions
