Wright Worldwide Inc is looking to staff armed guard positions at two apartment properties in the City of Opa Locka, FL. These are 12-hour shifts where officers will provide access control in a guardhouse and another officer as a rover. The current shifts available are 6a-6p and 6p-6a. After start-up, we will transition to a 10-hour 4-day work week. Officers will perform access control to the property, document incidents, use handheld software to document security, maintenance and parking issues, as well as interact with staff, management, residents, and local law enforcement. Qualified individuals with supervisory experience may be considered at a higher rate. You must be able to work both day and night shifts, as well as weekends.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or in a similar environment.
Must have at least 2 years continuous employment in an armed capacity.
Familiarity with security equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Company uniform will be provided.
Must have clean driving record, for insurance purposes, to operate company vehicle.
First aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
