SWOPE, RODANTE P.A. is seeking a Florida-licensed attorney to join its writing team! All experience levels are encouraged to apply, and a background in personal injury or insurance litigation is preferrable but not mandatory. Who You Are :
- A talented writer who enjoys tackling appellate briefs, dispositive motions, and any other written product a case might require;
- Someone with excellent academic credentials—journal, moot court, and/or relevant professional writing experience is strongly preferred;
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in producing top-quality work;
- Interested in complex legal issues—some of which have the potential to create new law or undo adherence to unfavorable case law;
- Equipped with strong time-management skills and capable of juggling assignments as required;
- A team player who takes direction well and isn’t afraid to be an active and engaged participant;
- Driven, hard-working, and committed to achieving results for your clients;
- A quick thinker who will adapt well to the litigation environment.

What We Offer :
- Salary range of $125,000--$250,000, depending on experience, for in-office candidate, plus the potential for end-of-year bonus;
