    A successful Technical Product Analyst will facilitate the launch, implementation and productization of new HCM integrations and features into our current solution offering. This individual will work closely with our HCM product team, implementation team, external solution partners and internal stakeholders to optimize industry-relevant products that meet client specifications and positively impact the client experience at Würk. They will support the team in prioritizing and rolling out new features, as well as creating implementation and service models that support efficiency, internal cost optimization and client satisfaction. They will serve as 2nd level support on clients with technical integrations. ****

    Responsibilities

    • Scope and define business requirements for new client and partner integrations
    • Troubleshoot integrations and provide second level support
    • Transfer client support cases to development bugs when needed
    • Create epics and stories for client integration work and projects
    • Work with the development team on new client integration projects and monitor through UAT
    • Unblock development team when client responses are needed
    • Monitor and review integration error logs
    • Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization
    • Create plans for incorporating new integrations, software features, and changes into Würk processes and client setup
    • Test new configuration options and updates in HCM system and integration framework
    • Make configuration updates to multiple client HCM systems and integration framework
    • Create professional documentation of new process and procedures regarding HCM system usage
    • Create support and training documents for internal and external users
    • Maintain data integrity of internal client administration system, auditing data for inaccuracies, and establishing internal processes for system use and updates
    • Create reports in client administration system for cross-client and internal use

    Required Skill Sets and Experience

    • 2+ years of experience with data and integrations, business requirements, reporting and automation
    • 2+ years of HCM software administration
    • Aptitude for learning new software
    • Great communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Resourceful problem solver
    • Highly organized, self-starter
    • Exceptional project management skills
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Experience in a SaaS environment a plus

    The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
