    UNIVERSAL BANKERS are responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships and performing Teller duties.  Performs sales support activities for sales area of the branch.  

    • Opens new accounts and performs deposit account maintenance; responds to customers in a prompt and courteous manner; ensures required forms are completed accurately and that the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts; ensures the customer receives the proper disclosures.
    • Has an appropriate blend of Teller referrals and production as required at branch level to achieve referral and point goals.
    • Participates in any call initiatives.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    High school education or equivalent and one year related sales and service experience required. Must have strong sales ability and exceptional customer service skills. Must have good working knowledge of personal deposit products and services and basic knowledge of our consumer loan products. Requires basic financial acumen. Requires proficiency with various computer systems and similar technology.   Must have availability to work Saturday mornings.
