POSITION SUMMARY

Wurth Industry will be offering a variety of internship opportunities for the summer of 2022!  As an intern, you will engage with projects related to your field of study.  This program will help the student develop a professional aptitude, strengthen personal character, and knowledge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBITLIES include the following and all other duties assigned:

• Interns will work on defined project proposal for business unit looking to hire intern.
• At the end of the internship/Co-Op rotation, the student will be responsible for preparing a presentation for senior leadership, HR and their managers.
• Presentation should include accomplishments, positive impacts to the business, knowledge gained, and suggestions for improvement.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

 POTENTIAL DEPARTMENTS:

• Supply Chain/Logistics
• Sales
• Marketing
• IT
• Engineering (Applications, Quality)

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Undergraduate student who has completed sophomore level or higher of university/college schooling
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, prefer students with a 3.5 or better
• Undergraduate student (completed sophomore level or higher)
• Successful record in academics and a diverse range of extracurricular activities
• Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week for the duration of the internship
• Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H1B status)
