The Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for accurately scoping and estimating all losses and effectively communicating the scope of work to the Operations team. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with our services. Manage projects according to scope of work and assist operations teams as necessary. Maintain current accounts and obtain new customers. Assist with promoting ServiceMaster by collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team.

 Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000 - 55,000 (DOE)

 Responsibilities:

• Scope and write all estimates related to the Mitigation department.
• Obtain all approvals from adjusters, claims coordinators and customers.
• Prepare scope of work and budgets for operations and technicians.
• Ensure completion all compliance tasks for program work and uploads to Xactanalysis.
• Site visits to all ongoing projects.
• Liaison between the customer and operations making sure issues/concerns are being addressed.
• Assist Operations team to train technicians.
• Participate in the mitigation on call rotation.

Be available to assist with emergency large loss situations after hours.

• Prepare Construction estimates as needed.
• Maintain close communication and effective working relationships with sales, operations, management, customers, and adjusters to help achieve company goals.
• Create repeat customers by exceeding expectations for quality and delivery of disaster restoration and construction services.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in the Restoration or Cleaning industry.
• Xactimate experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly and effectively translate work into manpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time reporting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of computers and software.
• IICRC certifications in water and fire are a plus.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen and have a clean driving record.
